Roots & Wings came into fruition from a desire to share what I have learned, which has changed the quality of my life, and I want to pass it on. My holistic health schooling was a game changer, along with my own interest in self-betterment books, I continue to be on a journey to live a life worth living full, life is meant to be enjoyed. What do you want MORE of in your life, self-limiting beliefs can hold us back, we have one shot, and we can make it count.

I started my health journey later in life when I was pregnant with my son, and wanting to give him the best start I could, starting with what I ate, and did while pregnant. My interest and curiosity lead me to foraging, and wildcrafting and experimenting with new recipes, taking full responsibility for all aspects of my body and what is in my environment, and about the integrity in which all aspects of my food is grown, supporting local, fresh, organic, and regenerative practices.
